ATEM FAIR 2024, the renowned Asian event dedicated to adhesives and coatings, is set to take place in July. This international exhibition, held in Seoul, South Korea, is a key gathering for industry professionals.

The exhibition will showcase a wide array of products including coating materials, electronic industry coating materials, heat-insulating coating materials, and various functional coating materials suitable for electronics, energy, automotive, and construction sectors. It also features nanomaterials and functional films that are applicable across these industries.

Despite the growth in automotive paint, ship paint, and industrial paint sectors since 2006 when the total production of paints in South Korea was 920,000 tons, the local paint manufacturers have been accustomed to traditional production processes due to relatively lenient standards or regulations in the country. The demand for environmentally friendly paint products and factories remains high, but the supply is limited.
