Nanchang Greenland International Convention Center, constructed by Greenland Holdings, a Fortune Global 500 company, commenced construction in March 2014 and officially began operations on November 22, 2016. With a total construction area of nearly 450,000 square meters, the convention center occupies 300,000 square meters; the hotel/conference center covers 60,000 square meters, and the office building spans 90,000 square meters. It is currently the largest, most comprehensive, and highest specification exhibition complex in central China, integrating diversified business formats such as conferences, exhibitions, hotels, commercial services, and office buildings. The overall construction has been certified with the American 'LEED Silver Green Building' and 'National Three-star Green Building' certifications.
Managed and operated by Shanghai Greenspark Exhibition Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Greenland Holdings Group and Fairsky Exhibition, the 'second largest exhibition space group in Europe', Nanchang Greenland International Convention Center will seize the development opportunities of Jiangxi's urban growth. With the goal and mission of 'establishing the Greenspark brand and setting the benchmark for Jiangxi's exhibition industry', it will fully leverage the driving effect of the exhibition industry to promote the economic and social development of the city.
The indoor net exhibition area of Nanchang Greenland International Convention Center is 140,000 square meters, composed of 14 independent exhibition halls on two levels, each with an area of approximately 10,000 square meters. A mezzanine is set between the two levels of exhibition halls to provide supporting meeting and office spaces for exhibition projects. Additionally, the convention center features ancillary catering facilities to meet the dining, commercial, and other service needs of visitors.
